A member asked:

Mom has a myoma 208 160 112 mm in size, and it is partially calcified. it is pressing on her bladder. should she get surgery or should she keep it and?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

She decides: Myoma , benign muscular tumor, is just that; a non cancerous mass.If it is causing her problems-remove it, if not let it be.The problem is insurance payment. If she does not make it clear that it is impacting her health the insurance company will deny payment.Isn't that special? As we give more power to the insurance companies(aca) beware what they require.
