I seem to get major pain across the lower part of back it feels like i have no backbone down there i start to hyperventalate but the pain is emence i have to try to breath n then all of sudden ill have to pull off road wait then its gone

No backbone: The sensation of no backbone is often encountered in cases with discogenic injury without herniation and in segmental instability, in which excessive movements occur at a disc level due to ligamentous and/or disc damage. Hyperventilation is your response to pain, not a part of the spinal problem at all. Learn to control your pain response. See a spine specialist (neuro or ortho).
