Be careful.: You should always be careful driving or operating machinery when taking a medication for the first time, including wellbutrin (bupropion). Most people however do not experience significant sedation or coordination difficulties when starting wellbutrin (bupropion).

Welbutrin: The most important side effect is an increased risk for epileptic seizures, which caused the drug to be temporarily withdrawn from the market. The recommended max daily dosage is 300 mg/day. It can affect concentration and cause visual issues. On the whole, I distrust these drugs, but thats my bias since I get to see the people who have problems with them.
