Is teeth staining from administration of oral clarithromycin intrinsic? if so, then how will it be removed by simple scaling?

Extrinsic: This drug has many interactions with other drugs, however there is nothing in the drug information about staining. The stains are most probably extrinsic and will come off with scaling. Some medications will stain the plaque you leave behind thus causing stain.

Intrinsic staining: Intrinsic staining occurrs when the permenant teeth are developing. Most commonly this is associated with tetracycline given to young children or pregnant mothers. Bleaching or cleaning the teeth will have no effect on intrinsic staining.

Not intrinsic: Clarithromycin should not cause intrinsic staining. If you are getting staining it will be on the outside of the teeth and so it should be able to be polished off. Tetracycline when teeth are developing is the usual cause of intrinsic staining. Since you are 24 years old you don't have to worry about intrinsic staining from antibiotics.
