See Ur Doctor: Medicine is a hands-on profession, requiring a thorough medical history, physical exam, lab tests+/-x-ray studies. It would be presumptuous to speculate what the source of your pain is (or even if its coming from your kidney, like you think). 3 days of pain warrants medical attention--please see a primary care doctor asap.

Agree with Dr, R: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
