Low blood count: You could have a low hematocrit (blood count) with pooling when you stand up causing a lack of circulation to the brain with dizziness and the potential to lose consciousness. It could also be due to taking drugs which cause vascular dilation or other disorders of circulatory deficit. You should see your family doctor to analyze this.
