I have a head ache, not too severe, nausia and i am dizzy. last night i had blurry vision and went to bed early. i also have a sore ear. what is this?

Dizzy H/A blurry: Could be sinusitis, or reflux/ GERD causing a sinusitis or shingles/ herpes for which acyclovir would help. In certain geographic area may also be Lyme disease . if there is blurred vision would follow up today with optometrist /ophthalmologist to insure not related to autoimmune process affecting the eye like Lupus or Behcets , rarely MS. F/u/ w/ doc today
