A member asked:

While i sleep, i begin to feel upper back pain, and numbness in my arms. the numbness switches from arm to arm when i roll, and stops, when i sit up. ?

Maybe neck problem: Arm numbness may be the way it is positioned, affecting circulation of nerves. But the upper back pain along with it suggests a neck problem. Check with your primary provider or a neck (spinal) specialist for a check up.
