Difficult: Unfortunately, medicine is not an exact, predictable science. We cannot determine in advance how long a patient will take. We see emergencies, and complicated patients. Our goal is to see a patient at their appointed time, but just like a restaurant, sometimes you have to wait. I'm sure if your problem warranted it, you would want the extra time that keeps us from running on an exact schedule.
