Need to see your MD: Even though hysterectomy was done some times ovaries were not removed , still you will have hormonal activity , most likely benign fibrocystic disease, you need to see your doctor for exam and mammogram to make sure it is not any serious condition

Yes, go see your: Doctor for physical exam and mammogram, so that unlikely possibility of breast cancer can be excluded. It is probably cystic mastitis, but medical evaluation and mammogram is necessary now.

See your doctor: Most likely and inflammatory process (mastitis? Infection?)which points more to benign condition than a malignant one. Either way you need an evaluation right away by your primary physician.
