Nicotine detox: There are multiple forms of nicotine replacement. There is gum, patches, and inhalers. The first two are otc, the inhaler requires a prescription . There is a smoking cessation phone line at 1-800-quit now.

Difficult: Depending on how long you have been smoking it can be difficult. Most side effects from withdrawal cannot be handled with drugs. The drug chantrix can be helpful. Wellbutrin (bupropion) can also be helpful. Speak with your physician since both are prescription.
