Replace, meds, hypno: Nicotine replacement products: patch, gum, inhaler, lozenge can help. Hypnosis or acupuncture may be helpful for some. Buproprion(zyban, wellbutrin, (bupropion) or generic), can help. Chantix (vsrenicline) has been used more recently. All the drugs have potential side effects, some serious, so discuss with your doc. Remember, the best thing you can do for yourself is to quit tobacco.
