It depends...: For a young healthy person of 23, who smokes regular strength cigarettes, 20 cigarettes, or a pack is about 20mg of nicotine daily. The average time is about 2 hours to physical withdrawal symptoms. If you smoke less than about 14 regular cigarettes, you may not get any physical symptoms. In both cases, you are going to get symptoms related to mental and emotional withdrawal. That varies. Quit!
