Yes with adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine): Yes Adderall can affect sex drive in a negative way, but wellbutrin (bupropion) can cause increase in sex drive that is why usually we can give it with antidepressant that can decrease sex drive, may be that is why u r taking both.

Side Effects.: Agree with Dr. Amawi. Wellbutrin may help to improve libido or other side effects from SSRI's. Per Drugs.com -Adderall may decrease libido in 1 to 10%.
