You are sure?: Not enough information...Are you sure they are moles?...Could it be a rash? Regardless, this is probably something that needs to be checked by your family doc or a dermatologist sooner than later.

Dermatology: If you notice a change in a mole it is good to see a dermatologist. Something that looks like a mole causes the most serious cancer of the skin , and since if detected early prevents terrible problems, it is always better to get it checked early. The dermatologist can then help teach you when you should be concerned in the future in your particular situation.
