See a Dermatologist: Without fostering a guess when I am not looking at the lesions (?Moles?) i would highly recommend you see a dermatologist.

See your derm: You should alert your friendly dermatologist as to any changes in your moles. Having a complete skin examination would help to detect any abnormalities.
