Not recommended: Unfortunately, the chances are not good. Tubals can be reversed successfully but ablation permanently changes the uterine lining although pregnancy is unlikely, it's not impossible.

Very low: A tubal ligation reversal is usually effective about 50% of the time. Some surgeons are better. Unfortunately pregnancy is not advised after an ablation. Even though you have periods the uterus is likely scared and would not support a healthy pregnancy.
