Muscle pain likely: Most back pain in young active males is from muscle strain . Why do you think it's cancer? Does someone close to you have cancer or has recently died'? A good exam from your doctor ( or urgent care if you don't have a doc) can reassure you. Tell them why you are concerned and give a good history of your pain. Tell them if there is a family history of cancer.

Agree with Dr. S.: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.
