Multiple things: First assess your weight & exercise routines. Do you smoke? If a couch potato, smoke & overweight you need to correct all! in addition, core exercise & flexibilty along with cardio workouts will help. Otc medication & heat may benefit as can a back support. You may need an evaluation to see that pain is not referred from other area: ie a urinary issue like infection, GI issue or gynecologic one.
