Need More Info: Many causes and i assume no previous injury that left damage. I would ask yourself if your posture is good (sitting in chair are your knees slightly higher than your bottom, is your back solidly against the chair, is your chair ergonomic?) if you are half hunched over for long periods lower back can be very sore. Next take a break every hour for a few minutes and stretch or do yoga pose for backs.
