Many possibilities: Headaches after working out can be due to several different problems. It could be a sign of decreases oxygen delivery to the brain due to vascular insufficiency or cardiac insufficiency. It might be caused by excessive cardiac acceleration or commonly excessive clenching of the teeth. Sometimes a drop in glucose levels will result in headache as well. Have a complete physical before working out.
