Yes: If spinal stenosis is severe enough in the neck or cervical spine it can cause a condition known as myelopathy which can include these symptoms. Also, degenerative changes in neck can also contribute to some of these complaints. There is a 20% chance of co-existing stenosis in lumbar spine as well when it is found in neck. A double whammy! but so can other conditions so you see your physician!
