Need Rx: I am going to assume that this is acne. If you're a woman and can accept and take the oral contraceptive pill, this is a good start. Acne over the back often requires both a topical prescription (clindamycin plus perhaps a retinoic acid derivative) plus a systemic antibiotic that's right for you. This is the 21st century and you have a right to effective treatment.
