See Podiatrist: Podiatrist can properly evaluate after examination and x-rays. Then treatment including surgical correction can be discussed.

Couple of things: It sounds like you need to stabilize the toe. You can try to splint the toe, but you are probably going to need surgery to stabilize the toe. There really is no reversing it.
