i have had this ingrown hair boil for the last 6 days and i have had 2 amoxillins but its not going please help?

Removal: An ingrown hair may be causing a localized inflammatory reaction rather than an actual infection that would be treated by antibiotics. The hair should be extracted from the skin, and that should relieve the inflammation.

I&D: It needs to be removed. Culture and sensitivity before next round of antibiotic as it could be a resistant bacteria.
