How can i make my head smaller....?

Only one direction..: As you grow from infancy, the head only grows and never shrink. Some do have small head (microcephaly) and it could be a problem. As an adult and if you are blessed with a big head, there is no going back. Wearing a hat will help hiding it a bit, but other than that, there isn't much you can do. Be proud--just tell people that there is a heck of a lot of brain in that big head. Good luck.
