I think: These are likely two separate issues but each one by themselves deserves an evaluation in person - so now you have twice the reason to see a podiatrist....Don't delay.

Need to find cause: See a doctor to find the possible clinical cause as it could be vascular, musculoskeletal, nervous related or a combination of all those those and more. Do you have any history of kidney disease, diabetes, vascular disease, smoker?
