No: A synovial joint has a capsule surrounding it. These are joints like the shoulder, knee, hip and many many others. There are also fibrous joints (like the sutures in the skull) and cartilaginous joints (like where the ribs meet the sternum). Each of these kinds of joints have numerous subtypes as well.

Nope: Hinged joints that flex/extend/rotate have capsules, but there are other joints that do not. For example, sacroiliac joint do not.

No: No. There are a number of different types of joints. Synovial joints do have a joint capsule. The symphysis pubis and the intervertebral disc are two joints that do not have a traditional joint capsule.
