See your doctor: This pain may be from one of several sources ranging from a cystocele (collection of fluid), varicocele (veins are enlarged), hernia (may need surgery), or testicular cancer. To determine which one it is, you need to get with your family doctor for an ultrasound and possible referral to a urologist or a general surgeon. This should not be ignored.
