I am hurting in my rib cage area to the point it hurts to wear my bra. i started working out could that be a stained muscles? and do i need to go to the doctor? is there a home remdy i can do to relax the pain?

Many possibilities: Type of exercise? Underwire irritation? Breast issue? Musculoskeletal? You should see a doctor to be safe. Meanwhile, make sure your bra fits/ supports well and take it easy for a few days.

Muscle sprain common: Rib dysfunction, too small bra, could contribute also. Deep breathing may help alleviate, heat pack early on also.
