You May have a : Bakers cyst. I would follow up with an orthopedist.

Bakers Cyst: This is common in people who stand up for a long time. It develops on the back of you knee, the popliteal fossa, and presses on a the proneal nerver which causes the pain to shoot down to you ankle. Need and orthopedic consult.
