URGENT that you : Take your baby to the pediatrician or emergency room now.Your baby is dehydrated! decrease intake, decrease wet diapers and ongoing diarrhea are not good in a 13 week old baby.

Workup and Mgt: I agree that your daughter may be dehydrated and has lost fluid if she has diarrhea. Your pediatrician may refer you to the Children's Center closest to you for further evaluation. This evaluation may include labs to screen for infection and her electrolyte balance.
