How do you know when your ovulating. do you get like crampy pains?

Confirm ovulaton: Not ever woman notices changes that can occur with ovulation such as crampy pains prior to, clear mucus the day before or tender breasts the week after. I suggest using a otc urine test to detect the lh surge as an aid to determine if you're ovulating.
