Patience: It can take up to 18 months for a normal couple to achieve a conception, so you probably only need to keep trying. You should know that you ovulate about 14 days before your period begins - so with a 24 day cycle that is 10 days after the last period started and for a 28 day cycle ovulation happens 14 days after the last period started.
