Decongestants: Spray decongestant nasal spray in the nose before takeoff and landing to relieve pressure. Do not use them more than 3 days in a row or your nose gets addicted to them!

Do not fly yet: Wait until you are well. A sinus infection will prevent the atmospheric equalization of the pressures inside and outside of your head.
