Yes!: There are many options but the most common solution is to get a prescription for a nasal steroid spray from your physician. Irrigating with saline is often quite helpful as well. Nasal steroid sprays are very safe despite the steroid component, as a tiny amount is absorbed into your system. However, the most important thing is to truly establish that you are getting sinus infections, as these are very often misdiagnosed.
