Clomid (clomiphene) & pregnancy: In most cases Clomid (clomiphene) delays ovulation. If you have usually a 28 day cycle you will ovulate around day 16. Having relations from day 14 would be good. Unfortunately, Clomid (clomiphene) also may decrease the amount of cervical mucus limiting sperm transport. If you notice this speak to your gyn.
