Breast pain: Sharp pains may indicate several things. One common thing is fibrocystic disease. These a small cysts in the breast. They are made worse with caffeine or chocolate. There could be other problems such as an infection or blocked duct. Avoid the caffeine and chocolate and should get it checked with a doctor.
