Cold: Usually these symptoms suggest a virus. Most babies who have significant infection will have a fever and lose their appetite. Even grenn drainage may not mean anything more than a cold virus. There is not much medication for infants. Most parents use a hot steam vaporizer and use saline nose drops and bulb suction to help with the congestion. Check with the doctor if not better in a few days.
