Check with surgeon: . This is not the usual problem one sees from a polypectomy. Call your surgeon asap.

After polypectomy: Very delicate operation with possibility of severe bleeding. Post-operatory reactions can include edema and post aggression appearing inside the different sinuses hence headaches, ringing in the ears, problems with smelling etc. When headaches are associated with temperature going up and down i would worry first about a possible infection which your doctor can check for.
