Yes and maybe: Progesterone suppositories do raise Progesterone levels in early pregnancy, both the level in the blood, and the amount of hormone reaching the lining of the uterus. Keeping a pregnancy full term depends on a number of factors, including whether or not the baby is genetically normal, and you having a normal uterus.
