Possibly: Pcos in itself doesn't usually cause insomnia or difficulty sleeping. But not knowing exactly what pcos is may cause some anxiety and some depression which may lead to difficulty with sleep. Please educate yourself especially through health tap and you will feel better knowing exactly what pcos is. It can be treated very easily and successfully.
