Splint: Apply a splint or tie it to the next finger, toe or extremity. In case of neck , apply a cervical collar but leave it until medics come if you are not sure.

Boken leg: Immobilize as best as possible (preferably the joint above and below. Ice, elevate, and get to the doctor!
