How long will it take for a broken hip to heal?

Months?: Depending upon the nature of the injury; and the skill of the orthopedist who repaired it(if surgery was needed), and the physical therapist on the case, etc...Conservatively i would say a good 3 months before the hip is "healed".

3+ months: Recovery from a fractured hip can take up to one year, but the bone is usually healed within 3 months.
