Therapy can help: Most people find infidelity a very painful thing, but each person's experience of it is unique. It can help you to work with a therapist on your feelings. Friends and family may be supportive also, but they'll be having their own reactions rather than specifically attending to yours. For some, keeping busy with physical tasks or exercise helps too -- vigorous cleaning can help release anger.

Get help: It sounds like you would benefit from working with a good therapist to help you sort things out. It's important to have someone on your team that can assess if you are depressed or if you are just grieving and to help you decide if this is the relationship that is right for you. In addition, you may need to work on forgiveness, as well as how can you prevent it from repeating again.

Infidelity: Seek counseling, stay busy, seek support from others around, take good care of yourself, forgive and move on.

Psychotherapy: Is the best way to overcome infidelity, but it will take time. The longer the relationship, the harder it may be. Also, if it has happened before with other partners, it is more difficult. You are not crazy, just "love sick," hurt and questioning how you were mislead by someone you loved and trusted. Speak to a therapist they can help you!
