Who is "she"?: Caffeine abuse is a medical condition, and is listed in the dsm-iv together with other forms of drug abuse. Whoever "she" is, it sure sounds like this is a case of severe caffeine abuse. Caffeine raises blood pressure and pulse, can produce anxiety, tremor and even agitation and psychotic features. If this is a loved one or friend, strongly suggest medical evaluation, and tapering of caffeine.
