I have a very bad cold what can i do about it ?

Is it only a cold??: People with mild cold symptoms, with or without mild fever, usually go to their neighborhood drug store and buy some tylenol (acetaminophen) or motrin/advil for fever and aches. But sometimes, a person has strep throat or influenza, and not just a cold. With strep, antibiotics are needed. With influenza, tamiflu can be used if diagnosed early, and may decrease symptoms.
