A member asked:

What is a gradual stroke? can we recover from it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Progressive thrombus: A stuttering progressive stroke involves gradual closure of a large or medium blood vessel by a localized clot, and may be reversible with t-pa infusion if provided within the first few hours. Many completed full stroke pts can recover substantially, but it may take time and full rehabilitation program.
