Depends: With a history of normal deliveries, chances are good if the type of uterine incision allows it. You also need (among other items), a normal sized infant, a physician willing to be available and a facility with "immediate availability" of or staff and anesthetist. The rules have become so restrictive, few are willing to risk uterine rupture or dehiscence. Don't refuse until you explore options.
