It may be coming...: Doctors call it a prodrome, the symptoms one gets just before feeling sick. Feeling a chill, some body aches, and a headache can be the start of one of a variety of infections. Coming soon could be a mild cold, a bad flu, a strep throat, etc... If one has been in contact with somebody with a bad disease, then a dr. Can evaluate now. Otherwise, one usually waits a day or two to see what happens.

May mask problem: Occasional headaches can often be dealt with otc meds. But if the headache lingers or you have to get to emergency wards at hospitals etc., you need to see a doctor. I realize that patients are often over medicated and actually become dependent on these meds, which created a double edge sword. May want to try alternative therapies.
